The PRISM office building has received Edge Advanced environmental certification for its construction. EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) is a green certification system developed by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to certify the integration of energy and water saving solutions in buildings. The goal of EDGE certification is to reduce the environmental footprint of the building sector, particularly in emerging economies.
Prism is committed to using high-performance, low-energy materials that contribute to energy savings of around 40% for its future occupants.
Offices, a new asset class Aradei Capital is pursuing its growth and diversification strategy by launching the construction of its first office building. Ideally located on the outskirts of the booming Sidi Maarouf business district in Casablanca and benefiting from optimal visibility, Prism is an Edge Advanced certified energy-efficient building.

After the acquisition of an industrial unit in Meknes in 2019 and that of the shares of the OPCI CLEO PIERRE SPI-RFA with 103 bank branches leased to BMCI last March, Aradei Capital marks its first step in the office sector. The project is scheduled for delivery in the 4th quarter of 2021.
Modular spaces With 6,000 m2 of modular office space on six levels, 1,000 m2 of retail space and two basements with a total of 60 parking spaces, Prism meets the new needs of companies, which will benefit from optimal working conditions and a functional mix of work spaces, living spaces and landscaped areas.
The first floor will be composed of shops while the upper floors are dedicated to offices.

The architecture of the building, with its sober and elegant design, aims to position it as a landmark that announces the entrance to the tertiary zone of Sidi Maarouf and marks the southern entrance to the city of Casablanca.
