The winners of the 2025 edition of Morocco’s Best Hotel Receptionist competition were revealed during a ceremony held at the Conrad Rabat Arzana, celebrating excellence in hospitality and front desk service. This year, three standout professionals from the hotel industry were honored for their outstanding commitment and skill.
Ikram Aït Si Ahmad, representing the iconic La Mamounia hotel, took home the top prize, earning recognition for her exceptional professionalism and welcoming spirit. In second place was Samia Rabhy of the Sofitel Marrakech Palais Impérial & Spa, followed closely by Noura Sadki from the Mandarin Oriental Marrakech, who secured third place.
The awards highlight not only individual talent, but also the vital role receptionists play as the first ambassadors of Moroccan hospitality—blending warmth, precision, and cultural pride in every guest interaction.
